Lurgan Forward Welcomes Parking Price Freeze...Commenting on the recent price freeze of Town Centre parking charges, Noel Ferguson, Town Centre Manager stated, "Lurgan Forward certainly welcomes the fact that the parking charges are to remain static for a further year. Access to affordable parking is vital to encourage shoppers and encourage a suitable turnover of spaces, while a charge also dissuades all day parkers. We would hope to see a continuation of Road Service reviewing the parking regimes throughout the town centre as has been undertaken in Carnegie Street and Windsor Avenue."
